Research Associates typically initiate the procedure of service immediately upon receipt of written instruction, accompanied by the relevant documentation, as well as copies. We work towards carrying out service within agreeable time periods, and where required, at short notice. Being members of both the prestigious World Association of Investigators (WAD) as well as the World Association of Private Investigators (WAPI), we are well able to serve legal papers anywhere worldwide.

Where appropriate Research Associates' personnel will inform clients of any developing situation, and once service has been effected we ensure that a report and Statement of Service (or where requested, a sworn Affidavit of Personal Service) are delivered by registered post or courier.

Please note that Research Associates does not carry out flat rate process serving. We typically charge an hourly rate, plus reasonable expences directly relating to the task. Research Associates does not undertake cases funded by Legal Aid.
